What It Does

One app for FANUC extraction, LS work, and layout output.

My FANUC Tool combines multi-robot extraction, LS editing, AI-assisted program writing, TRSF generation, Excel round-tripping, and 2D and 3D layout output in one workflow.

Download software
Dashboard

Launch the workflow from one place.

The dashboard gives quick access to files, templates, manuals, and references instead of sending engineers through scattered folders.

  • Lets you copy out the FANUC payload workbook template.
  • Opens the manual PDF and external FANUC alarm reference site.
Extraction

Build multi-robot extraction projects.

Extraction is the main FANUC data workspace. You can create a project, add multiple robots, and move work between full projects and single-robot bundles.

  • Save and load full projects as .mftproj.
  • Save and load single-robot extraction bundles as .b64.
  • Generate starter extract files and read FANUC export text/comment folders.
Extraction Data

Edit the FANUC data teams actually use.

The extraction workspace builds editable tables for audits, cleanup, handover, and deployment while keeping a lot of raw numeric robot data intentionally read-only.

  • Registers, PRs, user frames, user tools, payload, space check, REF positions, flags, macros, robot info, and system variables.
  • Digital, group, and robot inputs and outputs with practical comment editing in the UI.
  • Excel export/import, KAREL support/comment exports, empty default configs, equipment-position CSV import, and per-robot GLB model attach/view/export.
LS Programs

Import, compare, edit, and export LS programs.

The LS workspace has its own project and robot structure so program work stays organized while still matching the Extraction data for the same robots.

  • Import .LS programs, create blanks, copy programs, and delete programs.
  • Compare two to three programs side by side, preview full code, and change comments.
  • Export program data to Excel for editing and export selected programs back to .LS.
Write Program AI

Generate FANUC LS code with project context.

Write Program AI loads robot datasets from Extraction, lets you browse tables, insert live references into a prompt, and generate LS code with the actual project data in view.

  • Browse PRs, registers, DI/DO, UF/UT, payload, macros, and related tables.
  • Send instructions to OpenAI and keep generation history.
  • Import the generated FANUC program straight into the LS workspace.
Layout + 3D

Create DXF, PDF, GLB, and STL-based outputs.

The layout side of the app covers both 2D documentation and 3D review, including RoboGuide-style placement workflows and STL utility pipelines.

  • Floor Plan converts placement CSV plus STL files into 2D DXF, then DXF to PDF with page size, scale, title block, author, and optional grid settings.
  • Create 3D Plan combines STL files plus placement CSV into a single .glb scene.
  • STL functions include decimation, STL combining with CSV placement, and STL-to-interactive-3D-PDF output.

FANUC Strengths

Built for real FANUC engineering work.

Organize backups, edit LS files, clean comments, and hand over data in formats the rest of the team can use.

Core strengths

Strong offline extraction and practical editing.

The app is designed around real FANUC configuration work instead of just file conversion.

  • Strong support for offline FANUC data extraction and organization.
  • Practical IO and comment editing for robot configuration data.
  • Excel round-tripping for extracted robot data as part of review and cleanup.
  • KAREL export helpers for comment and data deployment workflows.
Program workflows

LS, AI, and TRSF workflows stay connected.

Program generation and program editing stay tied back to the extracted FANUC project context.

  • LS program import, viewing, comparison, comment editing, and LS export.
  • AI-assisted FANUC LS generation with project context from the extraction dataset.
  • TRSF recipe program generation from extracted PR data.
  • Excel round-tripping for both extracted robot data and LS programs.

Tool Suite

Choose the exact FANUC workflow you need.

Each page is built around a real task so search traffic can land on the right solution, understand the output, and move naturally into a download or a license.
