End User License Agreement

1. Agreement

This End User License Agreement is between you and PathLogic Automation for My FANUC Tool. Installing or using the software means you accept this EULA.

2. Intended use and safety

The software is designed for trained robotics and automation professionals. You are responsible for safe commissioning, offline validation, supervised testing, and validating generated TP or LS output before production use.

3. License grant

Subject to this EULA and payment of applicable fees, PathLogic grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the software on one device per purchased license. Licenses are hardware-locked.

4. Trial

You may use the software under a 14-day free trial. The trial automatically expires. No fee is charged unless you purchase a paid license.

5. Scope of use

• Use for internal business or personal professional purposes.
• One archival backup copy is permitted.
• Enterprise agreements may include offline activation options.

6. Restrictions

• No sharing, renting, sublicensing, or lending licenses, activation keys, or accounts.
• No reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembly except where legally permitted.
• No removal of proprietary notices or circumvention of technical protections.
• No use for competitive analysis or to build a competing product.

7. Activation and license management

The software may require periodic online validation. Hardware or operating system changes may require reactivation. If you replace a device, contact us to request a reasonable transfer.

8. Subscriptions, payment, and taxes

• Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Stripe.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled through Stripe.
• Prices exclude VAT or sales tax unless stated.
• Unresolved payment failures may result in license suspension.

9. Data and privacy

The software processes minimal device and license identifiers for activation, fraud prevention, and support. We do not access your project files or robot programs. See the Privacy Policy.

10. Third-party tools and trademarks

The software is not certified, endorsed, or affiliated with FANUC, Microsoft, Rockwell Automation, Siemens, or others. Product names are used for compatibility reference only.

12. Warranty disclaimer

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PATHLOGIC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

13. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PATHLOGIC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS. TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE LICENSE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your license if you materially breach this EULA. Upon termination, you must stop using and uninstall the software.

15. Export and compliance

You must comply with applicable export control and sanctions laws.

16. Governing law and venue

This EULA is governed by the laws of France. Courts located in Paris, France have exclusive jurisdiction.

17. General

This EULA is the entire agreement regarding the software. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.

Administrator and SmartScreen notes

Certain operations may require administrative privileges. Unsigned Windows installers may trigger SmartScreen; use More Info and Run anyway, or unblock the installer from file properties.
