1. Who we are
PathLogic Automation operates pathlogicautomation.com and develops the My FANUC Tool desktop application. Contact: admin@pathlogicautomation.com.
2. What we collect
- Website forms: name, email, company, country, industry, and messages you submit.
- Billing metadata through Stripe, including plan, price, currency, and status. We do not store card numbers.
- Licensing and activation data, such as minimal device or license identifiers, activation status, and timestamps.
- Optional diagnostics if you choose to send logs.
- Basic technical data, such as IP address and HTTP headers, for security and reliability.
We do not collect your robot project files, backups, or LS programs. The app processes them locally on your device.
3. Why we use it
- Provide downloads, licensing, activation, updates, and support.
- Prevent fraud, abuse, and license misuse.
- Send operational communications and billing notifications.
- Comply with tax, accounting, and legal obligations.
- Improve the product when optional diagnostics are enabled.
4. Cookies
We use essential cookies required for site and form functionality. We do not use advertising cookies. If analytics are added, this page will be updated.
5. Sharing and processors
We use processors such as Stripe, hosting providers, email delivery systems, and optional diagnostic processors. We do not sell personal data.

- License and billing records are retained while active and as required for accounting or legal compliance.
- Support emails are typically retained for 24 months after the last interaction.
- Diagnostics, when sent, are typically retained for 90 days unless needed to investigate an issue.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, but no transmission or storage method is perfectly secure.
