Terms of Sale
Last updated: 11 Sep 2025. These terms govern purchases of software licenses and subscriptions for My FANUC Tool.
1. Scope
These Terms of Sale govern purchases from PathLogic Automation for My FANUC Tool and related services. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
2. Products
- Monthly or annual subscriptions for one device per license.
- Enterprise options, including volume licensing, site licensing, and offline activation by written quote.
3. Pricing and currency
Prices are listed in EUR and exclude VAT or sales tax unless stated. Your bank or card issuer may charge exchange or transaction fees. Price changes apply to future renewals or new purchases.
4. Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept by delivering access, issuing a license, or charging your payment method. We may reject or cancel orders for suspected fraud, non-payment, or legal compliance reasons.
5. Payment and billing
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store card numbers.
- Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled.
- Manage billing through Stripe: Manage Subscription.
- Unresolved payment failures may result in license suspension.
6. Trials
A 14-day free trial is available. The trial ends automatically and no charge is made unless you purchase. We may limit trials to prevent abuse.
7. Delivery and activation
After purchase, you receive download access and license activation. Licenses are hardware-locked and may require periodic online validation. Enterprise plans may support offline activation by agreement.
8. Cancellations and refunds
- Subscriptions may be canceled at any time and remain active until the end of the current term.
- Partial-term refunds are not provided unless required by law.
- Once digital content is delivered or activated, purchases are generally final except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
9. EU and UK consumers
If you purchase as a consumer in the EU or UK, you may have a 14-day withdrawal right. For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, that right can be lost once delivery begins if you consent to immediate performance and acknowledge losing the right of withdrawal.
10. Taxes and invoices
Taxes are collected where applicable and shown at checkout. We can issue VAT invoices upon request.
11. Chargebacks and disputes
Contact us first to resolve billing issues. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in license suspension.
12. License and usage terms
Use of the software is governed by the EULA, which is incorporated by reference.
13. Updates
We may update products and these terms. Continued purchases or renewals after changes constitutes acceptance.
14. Export and sanctions compliance
You must comply with all applicable export control and sanctions laws.
15. Warranties and liability
Products are provided "AS IS" as described in the EULA. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited as set out in the EULA.
16. Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of France. Courts in Paris, France have exclusive jurisdiction, except where consumer law gives you a different mandatory venue.
